In Donnalucata, in the South-East of Sicily, only a hundred meters from the sea and from the free beach of Donnalucata, a small seafaring village by the Mediterranean sea, location of Commissario Montalbano tv fiction, villa with infinity swimming pool with heated water and large garden with caroob and ancient olive trees. The infinity swimming pool 6×12 has salt disinfected heated water and an equipped solarium, surrounded by a lush lawn. Three bright air-conditioned double bedrooms, two large bathrooms, living room with pool view, a laundry, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher machine, espresso machine with capsules, mixer, kettle, toaster as well as dishes and cutlery. Wide outdoor areas with bbq, indoor parking.

A beautiful villa, with a lush lown a few steps away from the sandy beach of Donnalucata. The beach, free, with its golden sand, stretches for several kilometers. In the small village you can taste delicious dishes of fresh fish as well as delicious granita with citrus fruits and ice creams. The eight late baroque towns of the Val di Noto (South-Eastern Sicily UNESCO world heritage) Caltagirone, Militello Val di Catania, Catania, Modica, Noto, Palazzolo, Ragusa and Scicli are easily reachable and enrich Your vacation in this sunny corner of Sicily.

 10Verificata A most memorable stay for six of us in this villa ☺This was a beautiful property, spacious, spotlessly clean and extremely well maintained. We were a group of 6 adults and it accommodated us comfortably. The gardens were beautiful and the large warm pool was a real bonus. Antonella and Salvatore were beyond helpful and although they live on the grounds they gave us plenty of privacy. It’s beside a beautiful beach and only a short walk into the local town which has very few tourists 😁There are plenty of good restaurants to eat in. We cooked in a few nights and the house is very well equipped to do this. We hope to return. ☹Nothing.

 10Verificata Wunderschöne, großzügige Unterkunft mit tollem Garten und Pool, sehr freundlichen Gastgebern ☺Wir waren 4 Nächte in dieser schönen, großen Wohnung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber-Pärchen, das im 1. OG wohnt, war super freundlich. Check-in und Check-out waren unkompliziert und flexibel möglich – wir durften sogar etwas länger bleiben, da unser Flug erst später ging. Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der wunderschöne große Garten: ein Tisch direkt am Haus, eine Grillecke und der große beheizte Salzwasserpool – einfach toll! Parken war ebenfalls problemlos auf dem Gelände möglich. Der Strand ist nur etwa 200 Meter entfernt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder! ☹Etwas mehr Schneidebretter und Messer - meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau ;-)

 10Verificata Wunderbar ☺Es war wirklich super, eine schöne Wohnung, viel Platz draußen zum Frühstück, beim Pool und zum Grillen. Der beheizte Pool war toll, obwohl es April war konnten die Kinder fast den ganzen drin bleiben. Nur ein paar Minuten zum Strand. Die Besitzer*innen waren sehr nett, sehr hilfsbereit und haben nie was gesagt über unsere lauten Kindern :) ☹Alles war top

 10Verificata Canadians in Sicily ☺We loved everything about this property. The hosts were on site, and super helpful, but gave us our privacy. I would highly recommend it to all of our friends. The heated pool was pristine, and a bonus for Italy, where most pools are not heated. The gardens were beautiful!!  Linens were and beds were great quality.  Beach super close. Overall it was our favourite stay in sicily. ☹Loved everything

 10Verificata ☺Wir haben Ende Oktober eine herrliche Woche im Il Giardino Dei Carrubi verbracht. Das geräumige Apartment ist sehr sauber und gemütlich, mit zwei Bädern und einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche. Der Garten mit den alten Oliven- und Johannisbrotbäumen ist wunderschön und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Und das absolute Highlight ist der große, beheizte Pool. Der Strand befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe und auch der Ort ist fußläufig erreichbar. Antonella und Salvino sind sehr freundliche und angenehme Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

 10Verificata ☺Amazing house with a big heated Pool. In walking distance to the beach (lassen than 200m) The house had everything you need and more. The owners live upstairs. You can ask for anything ☹Donnalucata and the surroundings, except the beach, are not very pretty

 9,0Verificata Bella Sizilia ☺Garten & Pool sind fantastisch, auch der offene Grillbereich ist sehr gelungen und gut platziert. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Privatparkplatz, der über ein elektrisches Tor erreicht wird ist sehr gut, da der Pkw so auch im Schatten steht. Vor Ort sind für den sehr nahe gelegenen Strand Stühle und ein Schirm vorhanden, was sehr praktisch war. Die Gastgeber waren sehr angenehm, nett und hilfsbereit. ☹…dazu können wir keinen Beitrag leisten!
